I (along with some very talented friends) did my best to properly represent DoTank at Conflux a couple of weekends ago with Fire Escapes, a site-specific percussion performance. The basic composition was the same as the Play Grounds piece we performed at Bring to Light, but Fire Escapes inherently had a much different character due to the physical environment in which it was played.
