Over the past two weekends (Sept. 4 & 11), DoTank:Brooklyn and some amazing volunteers created 5 more adirondack chairs and a 40-foot long communal table, all using scrap shipping pallets.
The chairs will be featured in DUMBO Art Festival’s Collective Consumption art show
When: September 24, 25, 26 (Friday-Sunday)
Where: 20 Jay Street, Brooklyn
The epic table will be the center piece of NYC’s official Park(ing) Day afterparty, Co-hosted by Architecture for Humanity, Design Trust for Public Space, MARP, and Transportation Alternatives.

Where: Washington and Park Avenues, under the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway
